Basados en nuestra experiencia, hemos identificado y desarrollado un modelo basado en 5 componentes clave para abordar la deserci\u00f3n de forma integral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. Fuentes de Informaci\u00f3n Integradas:<\/strong>\u00a0La recopilaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica y la consolidaci\u00f3n de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes, como el sistema acad\u00e9mico, el sistema de gesti\u00f3n del aprendizaje (LMS), la encuesta de caracterizaci\u00f3n, el sistema financiero y encuestas de evaluaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como una aplicaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ada para que los estudiantes visibilicen en tiempo real cualquier situaci\u00f3n de riesgo, constituyen fuentes de informaci\u00f3n fundamentales que ofrecen una visi\u00f3n hol\u00edstica de los estudiantes y sus necesidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Sistema de Alertas Tempranas:<\/strong>\u00a0La implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema de alertas tempranas, potenciado por Machine Learning, tiene como objetivos principales:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Evaluar el coeficiente de impacto de variables en el desempe\u00f1o y la deserci\u00f3n estudiantil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Identificar los perfiles de estudiantes de alto riesgo mediante an\u00e1lisis de datos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Generar mapas de calor para visualizar las poblaciones con mayor riesgo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Identificar el nivel de riesgo y la probabilidad de deserci\u00f3n de cada estudiante, identificando las causas correspondientes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. An\u00e1lisis Predictivo y Diagn\u00f3stico:<\/strong>\u00a0La capacidad de realizar an\u00e1lisis predictivos y diagn\u00f3sticos les permite entender mejor los factores que contribuyen a la deserci\u00f3n estudiantil. Mediante la evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto de diversas variables y la identificaci\u00f3n de perfiles de riesgo, la universidad puede intervenir de manera m\u00e1s efectiva y personalizada los recursos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Dise\u00f1o de Estrategias de Intervenci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0Basados en los datos y an\u00e1lisis realizados, es fundamental sistematizar para lograr una trazabilidad de todas las estrategias de apoyo personalizadas destinadas a mitigar los riesgos identificados. Adem\u00e1s, la sistematizaci\u00f3n es clave para que las \u00e1reas de apoyo puedan articular sus esfuerzos teniendo la informaci\u00f3n centralizada en el sistema. Estas estrategias deben incluir apoyo acad\u00e9mico, asesoramiento psicol\u00f3gico, asistencia financiera y programas de tutor\u00eda, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5. Monitoreo y Evaluaci\u00f3n Continua:<\/strong>\u00a0El monitoreo constante y en tiempo real del progreso de los estudiantes y la evaluaci\u00f3n continua de las estrategias implementadas son fundamentales para medir el impacto de \u00e9stas sobre la permanencia y ajustar los apoyos e intervenciones seg\u00fan sea necesario. Esto le permite a la IES mantenerse \u00e1gil y adaptativa frente a las necesidades cambiantes de los estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En resumen, recomendamos que cualquier sistema dise\u00f1ado para reducir la deserci\u00f3n estudiantil y mejorar el desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico de los estudiantes integre estos cinco componentes fundamentales.
